Sir Galahad

Son of Lancelot, conceived by enchantment, and the only knight pure enough to achieve the Grail. He appeared at Camelot on Pentecost, sat unharmed in the Siege Perilous, and rode out. When he finally held the Grail he asked to die at that moment of perfection, and was taken bodily into heaven.
